Martin started his Direct Marketing journey in 1985 at the UK HQ of the Franklin Mint. In Paris, he ran the French and Spanish Marketing Department before returning to London to head up European Marketing (turnover $200m). He moved into TV Home Shopping at Quantum International Ltd in 1992 where as VP Operations, he increased their global coverage from 6 to 32 markets and was appointed MD of EMEA when Quantum split into 3 Divisons. Martin has founded, turned round and managed multi-million dollar Home Shopping companies on all 5 continents. He currently co-owns a B2B business in Japan, a start-up in the UK Retail Services sector and a successful Marketing Consultancy. Martin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing
President and Managing Director
Dennis has almost thirty years of International Business Development experience, was born in the USA and has been a UK resident for 27 years. He established and grew several media businesses focused on both the B2B and B2C markets, one of which was sold onto Virgin Media and another he was Managing Director of was sold to Discovery Networks/BBC Worldwide. Another company he co-founded with Martin Purcell, COO of Terra Scientia was Key TV; which created the digital golf ball finder in partnership with Blue Marlin, with Nick Faldo as it’s spokesman. He is now President and Managing Director of Terra Scientia LLC, the New York Intellectual Property licensing company that helps create Intelligent Identification Technology. He is a Founding Partner/Director for two UK renewable energy companies Streamline Power, providing power quality control solutions and energy storage systems and Solar PV Partners Ltd.,the company responsible for developing, financing and project managing the largest Solar PV installation of any UK educational establishment.
VP New Business Development-Sport
Gavin Wilding started work for William Guppy Paper Merchants in 1978 learning all aspects of the business before moving to Wilding Office Equipment Ltd as Junior sales representative in 1981 for the Kent area, becoming rookie salesman of the year in his first year and achieving top salesman for company in his 3rd year. The company was turning over 25 Million at that time employing a team of 100 salesman. A born salesman Mr Wilding soon moved into owning and running his own companies in many different fields including Car Rental (800 vehicles) Limousine rental and Property Development. Mr. Wildings latest venture involves the development of a state of the art vehicle immobilizer that can not be circumvented and is due for launch in April 2018.

Over the course of his forty plus years of real estate experience, Mr. Bernstein has structured and executed over $20 billion of sales, acquisitions and joint ventures as well has over $10 billion in capital and debt restructuring for private companies, REITs and other public companies. Prior to forming JBCC Mr. Bernstein was a Principal and General Counsel for Coventry Real Estate Advisors, a private equity fund focused on developing, owning and managing malls and strip centers across the United States, with over $3 billion in assets. Mr. Bernstein was also a Senior Partner and Head of the Real Estate Group at Pryor Cashman LLP, a Senior Partner at Dreyer and Traub and a co-founder of a technology company that created a contract management system for the health care industry. That company was sold to a private equity fund in 2012 for $180,000,000.
Mr. Bernstein received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he was the Notes and Comments editor of
the Law Review, and attended New York University for his LLM in taxation. Mr. Bernstein received his B.A. from Brandeis University.
Business Operations Manager
Ann is currently the Business Operations Manager at Jonathan Bernstein Consulting Corp. She is an avid yoga practitioner and accredited yoga instructor who teaches vinyasa flow in her spare time.
Ann received her B.S. in Biology from Cornell University. During her senior semester at Cornell, she conducted research in Polymer Degradation at the Cornell School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. In addition to conducting her research at Cornell, Ann was an active member of CCIG, Cornell Cardiology Interest Group, she served as Vice-President and Event Coordinator of CCIG.
Chief Technologist
John Aceti, an engineer, entrepreneur and executive manager, with over thirty years of transitioning new-to-the-world technology into a market winning product while working for three national laboratories. He has over thirty patents covering robotics, sensors, consumer, and medical and healthcare inventions. He is the founder of three VC backed companies and has assisted multiple companies in their startup phase. His specialty is defining unique market niches and inventing to satisfy that market segment. He is currently focused on inventions pertaining to autonomous systems, sensing systems, and AI enhanced embedded computing.
